Showmotion™ works on the basis of real-time motion analysis. The device's sensors are placed on the joint to be diagnosed. The patient performs a few basic movements, and the device records and displays its performance. The software calculates a series of kinematic variables, analyzes the movement in real time, and creates a graph that compares the movements with a functional database and the patient's previous recordings.
